Hello and thank you for taking the time to learn about Little Star Center!
If your child is newly diagnosed with autism, another disability or has had a diagnosis for a while and is struggling, I am so sorry. We understand the pain you are experiencing, the sleepless nights you are having, the uncertainty you are feeling and how overwhelming this all is. We are parents also affected by an autism diagnosis.
That’s us in the photo with pictures of our sons. We remember thinking life was over and I will never be happy again. We felt alone and wondered if our children would ever have friends and what would happen to him when I got older.
More than a decade ago there was not a lot in terms of autism treatment, service or information available. Luckily, times have changed and in the state of Indiana there are a lot of resources to help navigate on behalf of your child. Consider us one of them.
This is your invitation to call or email whenever you are feeling overwhelmed or scared. We are your welcome wagon to this new world, whether your child gets services through Little Star or not. We want you to know, our team is here to walk you down the path of autism.
If you do choose Little Star, I promise you a clean, bright, well-maintained facility, coupled with the most caring, well-trained staff and the highest level of quality services available

It’s why our tagline is: Where kids with autism learn to live in the world. Where parents learn they’re not alone.
